Can you donate a raffle prize or contribute to my fundraiser?

We do have a budget for donations however we prioritize this budget throughout the year based on supporting causes that are close to our heart and requests from repeat customers.

What is Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride and why is it in your bath bombs?

Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (also known as Fractionated Coconut oil) is not your regular cold-pressed coconut oil that goes solid at room temperature, though it's ability as an emollient and moisturizer is similar, it is a luxurious version of Coconut Oil.

It is rich in skin-protecting fatty acids, has natural cleansing properties, easily absorbed into the skin, non greasy and won't clog pores making it excellent for dry or troubled skin.

It is highly stable and resistant to oxidation, odourless and has a long shelf life of up to 2 years, making it a perfect addition to our bath products rather than using oils with a short shelf life where product could go rancid quickly.

Are your products kid friendly?

Our products are safe to use for ages 3 plus however, we do not recommend that young children use our essential oil bath bombs or our essential oil shower steamers.

Will your bath products make a mess of my tub?

I don't want to have to clean my tub after a relaxing soak and I use our products!

Due to the ingredients we use, our bath products will not stain, leave an oil ring or any other residue that will need to be cleaned once you or your kiddo's are done enjoying bath time!

We do recommend starting with a clean tub free of soap residue and quick rinse down afterwards.

Are your products safe to use with sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated using high quality gentle ingredients free from parabens, phthalates, and sulphates. We have received positive feedback from our customers that even though they have sensitive skin they were able to use our products however, we recommend to always patch test new products before full body application as we cannot guarantee that our products will not cause skin irritation.

Are your products safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding?

We err on the side of caution as skin sensitivities can change during a pregnancy. Be aware of your body’s reactions and always patch test new products before full body application. Most wash-off products (such as our whipped soap) and our scent-free products are generally regarded as safe to use, however we always recommend consulting a health professional for advice.

Can I request a bath bomb shape or other product that is not currently on your website?

We have many bath bomb molds and fragrances and cannot always offer them all at the same time on our website. If you are looking for something specific, please contact us and we will be happy to help!

How long will it take to get my order ready?

Please allow 4-6 business days for your order to process before it is ready for pick up or shipped. During peak seasonal times this could be up to 7-10 days. Look to the banner on our home page for the most up-to-date information.

If you require your order by a certain date, please contact us before ordering to ensure your order will be ready when you need it. However, if your order requires shipping, we cannot give you a confirmed ready-by-date or guarantee when you will receive the order, we can only give you an approximate timeframe of when to expect it.

We will not cancel or refund any order that is in process unless we have specifically given a confirmed ready-by-date and have failed to meet that date. This only applies to pick up orders in Regina.

Can I change an order after it's been placed?

As soon as you place your order we get working on it right away. This means we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. Please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have and we will do our best to help.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, customer satisfication is paramount and if you are not 100% satisfied with our products please reach out to us! We are committed to our customers and would be happy to discuss your experience or concern and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Are all of your products vegan?

The majority of our products are free of animal or animal-derived products, however some contain goat’s milk or beeswax. Each and every one of our products includes an ingredient list within the product description.
